The year has started on a high at Q Central with civil works and construction of the Cystic Fibrosis WA (CFWA) charity home now underway.
CFWA Chief Executive Officer Nigel Barker said he was delighted to be able to "turn the sod" to mark the commencement of construction of the charity home ,and earthworks for the estate.
"We're very thankful to the generosity of Pindan in donating this charity home. The money raised by its sale will make a difference to the lives of hundreds of Western Australians living with Cystic Fibrosis and their families," he said.
The commencement of civil works at Q Central is an exciting milestone for the estate.
Stage 2 villas and townhouses were released to the market late last year and due to the strong demand, plans are underway to release the third and final stage of the estate.
Otan Funds Management Managing Director Mark Butler said Otan was pleased to be bringing a new level of residential living to Queens Park, which is set to become a hot spot in Perth's property market due to its location and current affordability.
"Savvy investors and new home buyers are securing Q Central homes to capitalise on the capital growth and rental potential."
